For us guys to openly discuss girls, infront of girls, we devised a system. Basing it on “cricket” methodology, we have ended up with a whole legendarium.

Test Match - Long term commitment, where you plan on playing for a long time with the opposing team, because you want to, and does the other team.
One Day – Do I need to say more. Done for the sheer pleasure of it. Short term, concise, mutually beneficial, usually.
T20 – Less then one day. :Z, purpose being usually to kill time, or to show off cricketing skills.

Everything can be meant to be understood anyway you want to understand. You don’t want to play against the team,. The weather conditions were not meant to be. The pitch is too hard. The ball is tampered with. There is too much excessive threading on the ball. (In some scenarios, the girl can be referred to as a ball). The other team keeps bowling a Yorker, and you keep on dodging it. Instead of bowling a reverse swing, the other team bowled a leg spin. The other team plays a knockout tournament, you lose once, you are out of the tournament.
